PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The goal of this program, is for your child to develop a better feel for the world of MUSICAL THEATER. Campers will spend 2 hours each day in their Musical Theater Ensemble where they will learn more about the 3 areas of Musical Theater: vocal technique, choreography, and acting. Our goal is to make sure your child is learning, but at the same time having fun too! As a parent, this is a great way to nurture a love of music in your child. Surrounded by their peers, children feel comfortable to try out new things! The camp also provides a safe environment for our campers. Counselors escort the younger children throughout the day and are also on hand to help them in their activities. And don't forget to save the date - we end camp with a concert where every child performs with their class!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entering grades 3-7 in the fall / ages 8-12.
  • Has been singing for at least 1 year.
